Quilters’ Retreat – Weekend – October 10-12 2025
Welcome to the Fall Quilt Retreat at Bay Shore Camp & Family Ministries!
This year’s theme, “Finish Strong,” invites you to be encouraged, inspired, and renewed as you gather with fellow quilters in a Christ-centered setting. Throughout the retreat, you’ll enjoy quilt classes, pop-up demos, and a special guest vendor offering unique projects and supplies. Alongside the creative time, you’ll be uplifted through worship, devotions, and encouraging messages that remind us of the strength we find in faith. Come ready to stitch, share, and grow—both in your craft and in your walk with the Lord!

EXTRA REGISTRATION OPTION (FOR MONDAY-WEDNESDAY GUESTS)
Guests attending the Monday–Wednesday Quilt Retreat have the option to extend their stay on Wednesday night and/or Thursday night before the Friday–Sunday retreat begins. During this time, no meals will be provided, but guests may remain in their rooms and continue working on their projects alongside the Quilt Committee in the Youth Center.
This add-on is available only to guests who attended the Monday–Wednesday retreat and are staying for the Friday–Sunday retreat.
The cost is $40 per night ($80 total for both nights).

- No meals provided
- Continue quilting with the Quilt Committee in the Youth Center
- Available only for guests attending both retreats

Throughout the retreat, enjoy a variety of pop-up demonstrations and quilt classes designed to inspire your creativity and sharpen your skills. From learning new techniques to discovering fresh project ideas, these sessions offer something for every quilter. Led by talented instructors and fellow quilters, the classes are a fun way to grow, share, and create together in a Christcentered environment.
