Carin Orth

Hi! I’m Carin Orth. Being creative has been my thing ever since I can remember. So I took the plunge and started my home business, inspired style by carin, back in the spring of 2020.

I have always had my own style and a little bit of a different flare for fashion, home décor, and even the way I see the world around me. I enjoy sharing my passion and inspiration for writing, crafting & home design. I am so thankful Father God placed this creativity in me and the passion to help women succeed and find freedom in their life through Him.

My hometown is Bay Port, but I now live in Lake, Michigan (near Clare) with my husband of 32 years, Luke, and our 2 Golden-doodles, Miz Beazley and Stella. We moved to the Lake in November of 2020 where we continue to remodel and renovate our home. I was raised in a Christian home, and I received Jesus in my heart at a young age, but I truly never understood what it meant to let Him be Lord and Savior of my life till much later in my life. I can only carry on daily because of Christ’s love, mercy, and grace!

What to Expect!

Bay Shore Camp will provide the meals, accommodations, a devotional leader, and lots of time to cut, paste, sticker, stamp and journal all those photos you’ve been accumulating! As well as, plenty of time and space to work on YOUR CRAFTS!

So, bring your albums, bring your gear, and bring your other projects and “craft” to your hearts content! Even if you are a digital scrapbooker, there is a space for you to attend this event. You will be able to purchase some items here at the camp from our guest vendors that will be on hand.

Whether you’re new to scrapbooking or crafting, or a seasoned veteran ready to “craft ‘til you drop”, this retreat is sure to be a joyful weekend of creating new memories, while capturing the old!
