This year’s BLAST embraces the beauty of the season with a fresh outdoor experience designed to help students connect with each other and with God.\nWhat to Expect\nThis year, BLAST will take place primarily outdoors, creating a fun and energetic fall atmosphere centered around community, worship, and faith.\nEnjoy:\n\nCampfires and gathering spaces\nMini Golf\n4-Way Arena Soccer\nGellyBall\nHuman Foosball\n9-Square\nCarpet Ball\nOutdoor games and activities\nSnacks from the Snack Shack\nLive worship\nGuest speaker Josh Tobias\nFireworks finale\n\nLight rain or drizzle will not stop the fun—we plan to be outdoors unless severe weather makes it unsafe.\nEvent Schedule\n2:00 PM\nStaff & Volunteer Arrival\n\nPrayer\nFinal preparations\nEvent setup\n\n3:00 PM\nActivities Open\n\nEarly-arriving groups welcome\nGames, Mini Golf, campfires, and snacks available\n\n4:00 PM\nBLAST Officially Begins\n5:30 PM\nWorship & Message\n\nGather in the Tabernacle\nWorship led by Jimmy V\nMessage from Josh Tobias\n\n6:40 PM\nDismissal\n\nExit through the east doors of the Tabernacle\n\n6:40–7:00 PM\nFireworks & Departure\nBLAST concludes promptly at 7:00 PM to allow youth groups time to travel home safely.\nOutdoor Experience\nThe Mini Golf area and surrounding field will serve as the center of BLAST activities.\nSnack Shack\nThe Mini Golf clubhouse will be transformed into our Snack Shack, offering refreshments throughout the event.\nCampfire Gathering Area\nMultiple campfires, picnic tables, and benches will create comfortable spaces for youth groups and small groups to gather, talk, and build relationships.\nActivity Zones\nStudents can jump into a wide variety of games and experiences, including:\n\n4-Way Arena Soccer\nGellyBall\nHuman Foosball\n9-Square\nCarpet Ball\nMini Golf\nAdditional outdoor games and activities\n\nWorship & Teaching\nAt 5:30 PM, everyone will gather in the Tabernacle for a time of worship and teaching focused on the purpose of the night.\nGuest Speaker\nJosh Tobias\nWorship Leader\nJimmy V\nCome ready to engage, worship, and be challenged in your faith.\nArrival Information\n\nYouth groups should enter through the RV Entrance.\nThe Family Center and Mini Golf bathrooms will be available throughout the event.\nGroups arriving early are welcome beginning at 3:00 PM.\n\nWeather Plan\nBLAST is designed as an outdoor event.\nIf severe weather makes outdoor activities unsafe, games and programming will move indoors to the Family Center and Dining Hall. Worship and the message will still take place in the Tabernacle.\nVolunteer Opportunities\nWe’re still looking for additional volunteers to help make BLAST a success.\nIdeal volunteers:\n\nAre not youth-group-age students\nAre available to serve throughout the event\nEnjoy helping create a welcoming, safe, and fun experience for students\n\nIf you’re interested in volunteering, please contact the event organizer.\n \n
